What can study abroad do for you?

Besides presenting you with the adventure of your life, it will help you:

  • Learn more about the world
  • Experience your academic field from a new perspective
  • Improve or develop language skills
  • Make yourself more competitive in the job market
  • Learn more about yourself
  • Develop greater confidence
  • Gain a new perspective on nearly everything
  • Have a new and exciting experience that will affect you for the rest of your life

Want to learn more and start making plans to study abroad?

It’s never too early. Take these steps:

  • Attend a study abroad information session (held often during the academic year)
  • Make an appointment with the dean of your school to discuss your study abroad interests and the ways you can make this adventure part of your undergraduate education. They can help you find a program best suited to your interests and academic major and assist with the application process—including finding scholarships!
